Personal Trainer - Christer Fredrickson

Christer Fredrickson is a personal trainer for Better Life Fitness Solutions. He is located in the NY area for one on one personal training.

Christer's interested in fitness grew with his enrollment in the army at the age of 17. He served for 8 years. After the army he worked as police officer for 2 years before pursuing a life dedicated to fitness.

Christer has several certifications in different fields by The National Academy of Sports Medicine and The International Sports Science Academy.

I asked Christer to dicuss his approach to exercise and fitness and this is what he shared with us.

As a personal trainer, when I meet a person for the first time who is interestedin personal training one of the first things I would like to know is what is their fitness goal. Exactly what is it they are trying to achieve.

I've heard them all but the majority of the people I interview always seem to have the goal to "tone up".

My approach to exercise and fitness is the obvious, we all want to look good. And There's nothing wrong with that because it's completely natural. At Better Life Fitness Solutions we understand the motivation behind many people's fitnessgoals and listen accordingly. My motto is "Tell me your fitness goals and I willlisten to you and help you."
