Extreme Fitness Workouts for the Extremely Fit

As I research more and more for these sites, I come across some pretty extreme fitness workouts. And since the site is called Extreme Fitness Now, I only thought it would be appropriate to include a page detailing some of the harder workouts I have found.

If you are looking to push yourself a little more, try picking through these routines.







Spartan Run

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 push-ups in as few sets as possible
  • 100 crunches
  • 1 mile run
  • 75 push-ups in as few sets as possible
  • 75 crunches
  • 1 mile run
  • 50 push-ups
  • 50 crunches

    20 Minute Challenge

  • 100 pullups in as few sets as possible
  • 200 pushups in as few 2 minute sets as possible
  • 300 crunches in as few 2 minute sets as possible

    Leg Routine

    Make sure to stretch your legs good before this one. Don't want to pull any hamstrings.

  • Run 5 minutes
  • Squats 1 minute
  • Lunges 1 minute
  • Heel Raises 1 minute

    Repeat 3 times

    Pushup/Crunch Superset

    Repeat 10 times

  • 10 regular pushups
  • 10 crunches
  • 10 wide pushups
  • 10 crunches
  • 10 tricep push-ups
  • 10 twist sit-ups per side

    Leg/Ab Supserset

    Repeat 5 times.

  • 20 squats
  • 20 crunches
  • 10 lunges per leg
  • 10 crunches
  • 20 calf raises
  • 20 crunches
