Extreme Fitness Workouts for the Extremely Fit
As I research more and more for these sites, I come across some pretty extreme fitness workouts. And since the site is called Extreme Fitness Now, I only thought it would be appropriate to include a page detailing some of the harder workouts I have found. If you are looking to push yourself a little more, try picking through these routines.
20 Minute Challenge
Leg Routine Make sure to stretch your legs good before this one. Don't want to pull any hamstrings. Repeat 3 times Pushup/Crunch Superset Repeat 10 times Leg/Ab Supserset Repeat 5 times. Have an extreme workout routine? Let me know! Submit your extreme fitness workouts.
