Training for the Fitness Woman in You

This section of the site focuses on the fitness woman. Ladies, do you feel overpowerred by testosterone on some of the fitness sites you visit? Are you scared that following a bodybuilding routine will make you "bulk up"? Are you intimidated by "that side of the gym"?

Well not to worry. At Extreme Fitness Now you should feel in good company because, well, I'm a woman and I love exercise and being fit.

If you are just getting back into shape, or you have never worked out before, this section will help you learn how to create you own fitness routines to use at the gym. I will help you lose weight and build muscle if you listen to what I have to say.

I've been doing fitness for a long time, and as you can see from any picture of me on this site, I am not a bulky body builder.
