Good Workout Routine

These stomach exercise seem to be working so far. Some of them are really tough like the V-up exercise. I don't know if I'll even be able to do that. I started this ab workout routine two times a week along with walking around my neighborhood for 30 minutes or so and it looks like it's having an effect. Not sure if it's just the walking I'm doing because I'm sure that's helping too. But overall, I like the exercises. I don't usually do all of them, but I have been picking a few here and there to do during the week.
