Health Juice Gogi Juice, Acai Juice , Mangosteen Juice, and Noni Juice
Goji juice helps reverse the aging process when included with a healthy lifestyle (including diet and exercise). It also assists with weight loss and can boost the immune system. It's no wonder goji has been used for these wonderful purposes! After all, consuming it is similar to taking a multi-vitamin, naturally! It has 19 amino acids and that covers 8 of the essential amino acids. It has 21 minerals such as calcium, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, and germanium, to name a few! Goji also contains Vitamin E, beta carotene (more than found incarrots, which turns into Vitamin A, Vitamin C (500 times more of it than oranges!) and essential fatty acids (omegas). The main nutritional component of goji is the special polysaccharides in goji, called LBP's.
Noni Juice
Noni juice can also be used to help treat certain health symptoms and other ailments. It helps with urinary difficulties, menstrual issues, reduction of acne and other topical skin benefits.Noni juice, too, contains many vitamins and other nutrients. The noni fruit naturally contains 100% of your daily amount of dietary fiber! It has notable levels of 7 essential minerals like calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, potassium, iron, and niacin! It also contains 18 amino acids! It does not, however, contain anywhere near as much Vitamin Cas goji juice.
Mangosteen Juice
Mangosteen juice is well known for its properties that include immune system boosting, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral characteristics. It is also a powerful anti-oxidant. However, mangosteen does not have quite the mineral content found in noni and goji. It does contain potassium, but does not boast a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals like the others.
Acai Juice
Acai juice is also very good for your health, will boost your energy, help you focus and many other benefits. It is a bit more all-encompassing than mangosteed. It contains antioxidants which can prevent aging, omega-3 essential fatty acids (a nutrient found in olive oil), dietary fiber, in addition to amino acids. All 4 juices are validated mainly by anecdotal evidence, but there is some scientific evidence for some of the juice products. It is wise to check out the scientific evidence to make an informed decision.
