Kettlebell Hamstring Exercises

Kettlebell hamstring exercises will help you develop strong legs. These exercises are challenging and you should go at your own pace. 10-20 reps depending on your fitsness level.

Stretch your hamstring good. They are usually the first muscles to pull when you exercise cold.

Kettlebell Snatch
Using one kettlebell for both hands or a kettlebell in each. Place you kettlebell or kettlebells behind your feet. Bend your knee and sit back to pick up the kettlebell. Swing the kettlebell between your legs and up over your head, driving your hips forward. Come back down and repeat.

Kettlebell Swing
Same as the Snatch only your bring the kettlebell to chest level keeping your arms fully extended.

You can do the Swing and Snatch as a one-arm exercise as well.

Kettlebell Dead Clean
With kettlebell between your feet, push your butt out and look straight ahead. Clean the kettlebell to your shoulder, then return the kettlebell to the floor.

Kettlebell Hand Clean
Same as the the Dead Clean except you do not place the kettlebell on the floor. It should stay hanging bewtween your legs.

Open Palm Kettlebell Clean Place a kettlebell between your feet. Grab the handle with both hands and raise it quickly. Let it flip so the ball lands in the pam of your hands. Throw the kettlebell out in front of you and ctach the handle with both hands and repeat.
