Kettlebell Quad Exercises
Kettlebell quad exercises will help develop your leg muscles quickly and effectively. Stretch good before you start these exercises as they are intense exercises.
Perform 10-20 reps depending on your fitness level.
Front Squats with Two Kettlebells
With two kettlebells held to your shoulders get in a comfotable stance. Push your butt out while squatting down as low as you can. Keeping head straight throughout, pause, then come back up.
Kettlebell One-Legged Squat
Pick up a kettlebell with both hand and hold it like you would a steering wheel on a car. With one leg off the floor, squat down with the other. Then, stand yourself back up, trying to keep your foot off the floor throughout the whole movement.
Kettlebell Split Jerk
With one kettlebell at your shoulder, use your legs to drive the kettlebell up. As you get the kettlebell up, move your legs down into a lunge position and lock the kettlebell.
Kettlebell Split Snatch
Place a kettlebell between your feet. Snatch the weight up over your head and go into a lunge position under the kettlebell.
One-Arm Overhead Kettlebel Squats
Press a kettlebell overhead locked. Push your butt out and squat down as low as possible. Pause at the bottom then come back up.
