Vince DelMonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building
holds the the skinny guy's secrets to muscle mass. The exercises in this book are very detailed an thorough. You will
not be guessing what types of movements you should be doing. If you are thin or lanky, and looking to put on
muscle mass, this is the muscle building book for you. Vince specializes in building muscle mass on all
body types. He used to be a skinny guy himself so he knows where you're coming from.

the Muscle is an excellent choice. Tom really gets down to the nitty gritty on what it takes to burn fat
and actually feed your muscles the proper way. This is number three on my list of muscle building books.
