These are the three books that I would recommend you read if you are looking to get into great physical shape. I truly love The Truth About Six Pack Abs for its detailed nutrition information. Very informative. I actually learned a lot from reading that book and was surprised that I actually learned something of value from it. I thought all fo these books were great reads and provide an enormous amount of information to get you into the shape that you want to be in. You have nothing to lose.
