Vince is a H.B.K. certified personal trainer weighing in at a muscular 210lbs. He is a dedicated fitness model and won first place in the 2005 Canadian Fitness Model Championship. Vince was not always as muscular as he is now. In fact, he was a scrawny 149lbs. It is why his approach is also called the "Skinny's Guys secrets to Insane Muscle Mass". Vince has helped lots of people achieve the bodies they have always wanted. He?s not going to tell you it?s OK to have that skinny body. Vince does not want to hear excuses. What I like about Vince's book...Like me, he wants people to understand the reality that you can make muscle gains once you understand how to exercise and diet properly. Trust me when I say I know the battle one goes through to find the "secrets" to working out properly. If you are like me, you have gone through years of training without much success. Now you do not have to waste any more time. Another plus of Vince's book is that his program is viewed through the ?fitness model? eye as opposed to the bodybuilder view. Because of this his book offers a great sense of balance. He talks about flexibility training, endurance training, and muscular balance, many things ignored by most bodybuilding books. This book comes with a different approach and objective. The book's focus is not just getting bulky but also how to stay fit. He uses periodization, which I am a big fan of (a.k.a. muscle confusion). He changes up the sets and reps so that your body does not become adapted to your workouts. Vince's book has a superb section on Nutrition that is a must have. It is thorough and extensive and in my opinion a must read. How detailed is the Vince Delmonte meal plan? Here's a one day picture: ![]() No guess work here. And that's another thing I love about Vince's program. You will never be lost in the dark. Even his exercises are detailed and come with a virtual trainer to make sure you are doing them properly. ![]() Now how cool is that?
The Bottom Line...When it come to building muscle and strength, kknowledge is your greatest ally. Vince's book is a great addition to your fitness knowledge. Vince has packed this book full of important information. You can make great muscle gains in a very short period of time following Vince's workout guides.I assure the men pictured above are just like you and me. They searched out and bought magazine articles with promises of a better body to find that these methods did not work. I have spent hundreds over the years falling for infomercial gimmicks. And you know what? None of them worked! Knowing what I do now about fitness that does not surprise me. Let me tell you Vince Delmonte's book is not a gimmick. He has helped thousands of people obtain the body they have always wanted by following his tried and true method. Vince's No-Nonsense Muscle Building is a great well rounded choice.
